THE CHALLENGE:
The e-registration process was cumbersome, outdated, and frustrating for incoming talent. Getting through the process is a long task already, but the interface was unfriendly and hard to navigate.
My Role:
The interface was limited to desktop only so I was brought in to help the team rebuild the product to be a mobile first application. I redesigned the user interface from the ground up and gave it a fresh, modern look and feel.
