The Challenge:
Enterprise software company has a suite of network automation and orchestration products that help companies avoid network outages and simplify network-wide updates. The company wanted a cloud based hub that Network Administrators could use to perform administrative tasks.
My role:
As a User Experience Designer, I had to align the business goals with a new, updated cloud experience that would propel the company into cloud and SaaS based products.
UI for Identity Provider Mapping. Users have to be able to map SAML groups to groups they create in their own system. An inline form on a table was created to streamline the process.
The Outcome:
the companies Cloud platform launched in October 2024 with 20+ customers signed up. We have enabled network administrators to be more productive by working in the cloud and running repetitive tasks with less effort.
